Contemporary in design, the six guestrooms in Block A of Temasek Hall are warm and inviting with all the necessary business conveniences and comforts of home. Rooms are large and offer greenery views. Each air-conditioned guestroom can offer up to two single beds, a lavished bathroom with water heater, and fully furnished and fitted furniture. Other facilities include high-speed Internet (LAN) and wireless (WIFI) connection, telephone for local calls, high definition satellite TV channels, mini bar fridge, executive writing desk, tea / coffee making facilities and free usage of the washing machines in the laundry room located on the ground floor (not inclusive of detergent and softener).
Temasek Hall has a security guard on duty at night, however, guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings and personal safety at all times.

No extra bed available. Above rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars before GST. Rates may subject to change without prior notice.
* Complimentary breakfast during term-time from Monday to Saturday, between 7am to 9am in the Dining Hall. Please produce your room key to verify yourself as a guest in Temasek Hall.
2. Official guest room check-in / out time (Monday to Sunday including Public Holiday) :
Check in at 12 noon, check out at 9 am. Any extension of time will be charged accordingly.
Temasek Hall Administration Office Operating hours :
Monday to Thursday – 8.30am to 6pm
Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm
We are closed on public holidays and lunch time from 1pm to 2pm.
Guests who are not able to check in during the office operating hours are requested to make arrangement with the Hall Administration Office in advance, or, coordinate with the NUS department that makes the reservation on their behalf to collect the room keys. Guests checking out may place the keys on the dresser table and close the door. The door will be locked automatically.
5. Application and Payment
Applications are to be made online and processed on a first-come, first – served basis.
Reservations must be made through the portal http://uhms.nus.edu.sg/Conference-Guest-Reg at least 1 week prior to your arrival. After submission, a phone call or an e-mail will be sent to confirm the availability of the room for the period you requested. You can expect a response within 2-4 business days after we receive your request.
Full payment to be made through the portal by using your (credit or debit) VISA or Master Card upon confirmation by Temasek Hall Administrative Office.
Advisory: Please note that when you make a debit or credit card payment online, PLEASE DO NOT PRESS THE SUBMIT BUTTON MORE THAN ONCE as it will result in multiple deductions. If the system shows error or unsuccessful payment, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you fail to make payment within the allotted time frame, we reserve the right to release your room. Upon receipt of payment, your room reservation is confirmed.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations to be informed at least 1 month before the anticipated date of arrival. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 1 day’s rent if notice is not given. Refunds will be promptly issued for proper cancellations.
